Photo Usage Guidelines

Hey you took a picture of me!”
Thanks in advance! If you do not want your picture on the internet, just send us an email photos @ hamfats . ca and we’ll be more than happy to remove it.

Can I use your picture?
While we can’t guarantee that every pictures we take will end up online, we will try our best to make sure that if we have a good photo of you (and we know you), that you will have a copy of it. The only thing we ask is that you do not use those photos for commercial/marketing purposes. Feel free to use them on your facebook/twitter/msn/etc or to send them to your friends.

“I run a dance organization, school, event, etc. Can I use your pictures for my website/print materials?”
If you do want to use our pictures for commercial purposes, give us a shout at photos @ hamfats . ca and we’ll work something out. We work on a per image licensing agreement, are very reasonable in terms of pricing (hell we do it for fun but extra cash means extra gear), and respond very quickly. Please feel free to read the copyright notice below for more information.
